No forms, no checkout, no guessing. Four steps from your idea to something you can hold.
Send your idea
Message me the item, the size, the colors and the date you need it by. Photos and screenshots are welcome.
Get your quote
I reply with an exact price, usually within 24 to 48 hours. You will never be surprised by a total.
Approve the design
Nothing is made until you say yes. Custom artwork may carry a small design fee, quoted up front.
Pick up or ship
Ready in 5 to 7 business days. Rush is available: 3 to 4 days for $10, or 1 to 2 days for $15 to $25.

Care instructions
Handmade pieces last for years when they are treated right. Here is exactly how to look after yours.
Shirts & fabric
- Wash inside out in cold or warm water — no hot cycles
- Mild detergent only. No bleach and no fabric softener
- Air dry, or tumble dry on low
- Never iron directly on the design — use parchment paper
Lifespan: 40 to 50 washes with proper care
Cups, tumblers & glass
- Hand wash only, with mild soap and cool water
- Do not soak, and do not scrub across the design
- Not dishwasher safe and not microwave safe
- Keep out of direct sun and prolonged heat
Lifespan: 6 to 12 months, up to 2 years sealed
Vinyl decals
- Clean the surface first — no oils, dust or residue
- Wait 24 to 48 hours before washing or exposing to moisture
- Permanent vinyl lasts 3 to 5 years outdoors, longer indoors
- Removable vinyl is best for walls, mirrors and temporary decor
Lifespan: 3 to 5 years outdoors
3D printed pieces
- Wipe clean with a damp cloth — no dishwasher
- Keep out of hot cars and direct summer sun
- Flexi figures and fidgets are designed to bend, not to stretch
- Anything broken can usually be reprinted — just ask

The person making it
A Little Touch of Heaven Designs is a one-person shop in Charlotte, North Carolina. Every shirt, cup, decal and keepsake is cut, pressed, printed and packed by hand — not pulled off a shelf.
Half of my favorite work started with a message that began, “this might be a strange question.”

How long does an order take?
Most orders are ready in 5 to 7 business days once the design is approved. Rush service is available: 3 to 4 days for an extra $10, or 1 to 2 days for $15 to $25 depending on the item.
Do you take a deposit?
Large or fully custom orders may need a small non-refundable deposit to cover materials. I will always tell you the amount when I quote you, never after.
What is your return policy?
Because every piece is made for one person, all sales are final — unless there is a defect or a mistake on my part, in which case I will remake it.
Can I use my own artwork or photo?
Yes. Send the highest quality file you have and I will tell you honestly whether it will print well at the size you want. If it needs cleaning up or redrawing, that is where a design fee of $3 to $40 may apply, quoted before any work starts.
Do you offer bulk pricing?
Yes, when the same product and design is ordered in quantity: 5% off for 6 to 11 pieces, 10% off for 12 to 23, and a custom quote for 24 or more. Team, church, school and small business orders are welcome.
Do you ship, or is it local pickup?
Both. Local pickup is available in Charlotte, North Carolina, and orders ship anywhere in the United States.
How much do larger sizes cost?
2XL adds $2, 3XL adds $3 and 4XL adds $5. Sizes 5XL and above are quoted individually, since the blank itself costs more.
